There's a new casting spoiler for a late-S4 episode here and my read on it is impacted by both Rising Son (the comic book) and the newly released John Winchester's Journal. ( Theory behind the cut. )
SPN! OMG SPN!
Jan. 30th, 2009 10:50 amWho in the world planned for my copy of "John Winchester's Journal" to arrive the same day as 4.13 aired?
Who was that man?
I'd like to shake his hand!
That mesh of good things?
Made me want to SQUEE!
(All apologies to whoever wrote "Who Put The Bop In The Bop Shoo Bop Do Bop", or whatever the song is called.)
I'm putting comments about the episode behind the cut tag - and also, for those who don't want to be spoiled for the content of the book but want to read my episode review-squee, I am going to write spoilers for the book in red on a red background. Not all browsers will display it properly, and screen readers will read it all, so take care!
But here's a test to see if your browser gets it right:
The guy who wrote the Journal is the same author as one of last year's SPN Monsters books.
Highlight that and you can read the spoiler.
( Ready to read my squee? )

Oh, Show, you are so....
May. 8th, 2008 10:04 pm( Show! Spoilers for 3.15 (aka omg there's only one ep left this season? FLAIL!). )
And as an aside, I learned this morning that on May 8, 1790, Tallyrand proposed the metric system to the Assembly in France. Ooooh, I just love Bishop Charles Maurice!
( Going on... )
( Oh, and does anyone think that )

It's probably the wrong time of day on the wrong day of the week for fic-posting, but I won't stop working on this and move on to finish the one I started two weeks ago about Ruby unless I actually post this, so...

It's Supernatural. I'm coming undone.
Oct. 3rd, 2007 10:21 pmSo much love to
wendywoowho for sending me this link which will allow a free download of Supernatural for those in the US (and maybe Canada?), and thanks to
cedarlibrarian who waited patiently for me so we could watch Show in tandem.
( And everything else related to Show goes behind a cut... )
If you've never watched an ep of SPN, I really recommend taking advantage of the free download. No, you won't get all of the plot and characterization nuances, but you can definitely enjoy this ep and if you do, then go to the first two seasons and pick up the backstory.
Even if you don't necessarily plan to watch it, if you have a high speed net connection and don't pay for bandwith, please download it so the CW sees good numbers from itunes for this. Please. It might help a good show stay on the air.

In case you want to ask a question without seeing the characters & answers, I put the character list ( behind the cut )
