Title: Almost Like a Prophecy

Details: This is one of the songs I have listened to most in the last year, but it wasn't until the end of S3 of Doctor Who that it really resonated for me as a perfect Jack Harkness song - and I've wondered how much John knew about the plot of S3 of DW when he sang it last November.

Spoilers for all of Torchwood to date, and for S1 and S3 of Doctor Who.

Dedicated to ignipes on the occasion of her birthday - please note that the vid specifically includes boys in cages, for her (and your) viewing enjoyment - and rookie131 as she spent today having contractions and is a few days from her due date and needed a distraction!

Yes, I am still getting the backlog of vids that live in my brain into a more share-able format. Taking the weekend off to go to Orlando and pondering what to do next. Not sure about whether I want to do something as a multifandom vid, or do two or possibly even three vids - one for each fandom - to the same song.

As for the next one, I kind of like the idea of different verses being different fandoms and somehow they all come together at the end (though I don't watch Supernatural, so that would be lost on me).

It was the first time I'd played with the sepia-tone and I love the effect it has on making those scenes a little more dream-like. Almost like a prophecy?

My brain has tricked itself into thinking today is Saturday, which sadly is a day too early to more Who... I was trawling for DW vids and came across yours. This is wonderful! Loved all the Doctor/Jack moments, and it never hurts to have Jack John Barrowman's voice singing in the background ;)

I couldn't quite figure out the commenting function on YouTube (sometimes nothing shows up and sometimes I'd end up posting twice), so I thought I'd let you know here how much I enjoyed it.
