wendy has a great friending meme right now, but with the new Fall 2007 tv season about to start in the US, it's probably a good time for a general-interest tv-inspired friending meme, too.

Last night, I was thinking about how a year or so ago, some people on my flist were looking forward to the first season of Studio 60 and others were squeeing about the Heroes pilot, and some were wondering what would happen on House, or SPN, or any one of a dozen other shows - and now a new fall season is just around the corner and dvds of last season are hitting stores with regularity, so please participate and pimp, regardless of where you live, or even if you own a tv set! If you're interested in any currently-airing shows, this meme is for you!

I'm super excited about so many of the new shows out this fall... Journeyman, Bionic Woman, and Moonlight especially. I haven't heard much about Pushing Daisies, though, but it looks kinda oddball-ish. But Heroes, SPN, Bones, and Criminal Minds FTW!

Yeah, it's fun - every so often the success of a couple major Sci-fi shoes (like Heroes) makes all the networks want to jump on the bandwagon and we get a few really exciting months with lots of good concepts - or at least, t00by crack!TV.

It's the sci-fi revolution, it seems! Everyone has to have a sci-fi-y show of their own, to compete with Heroes (and shows like Eureka and Kyle XY, which are doing really well on SciFi and ABC Family). Let's just hope they don't decide to cancel all of these awesome shows! Though, Fox is holding "New Amsterdam" in reserve for January, at least, and that show looks to be fantastic.
