I'm going to confess to not watching, but I have to ask, did they really call the episode "Jump the Shark???"

ooh! I'll answer...

Not only did the title the episode "Jump the Shark" they meet Adam in "Cousin Oliver's" diner!

(They also stay in KYM MANOR but the STUPID NETWORK decided to put a green and yellow swirl logo over it.)

Cousin Oliver I get--Brady Bunch reference. Kym Manor??
(I may have to do something drastic like try to get my hands on S1 DVDs to see if this thing is worth watching.)

Kim Manners was one of the primary directors for the show, as well as a producer; he died back in January of lung cancer, so they've incorporated a few tributes to him into episodes since he passed.

And yes, DO watch Show. I may have a set of S1 dvds to loan you if you want...

I can probably get them from the library (also some friends in town may have them--and I can hold them hostage to get my S3 of Veronica Mars back. Of course, I can hardly talk as I'm pretty sure one of their Galactica sets was in my possession for a year. :) Thanks so much for the offer though. (OK, I'm really not awake. I just typed "author" instead of "offer".)

Kym Manor = Kim Manners - the late director and show runner. Sorry - I had misread and thought you hadn't been watching the past few.

You can catch episodes at cwtv.com to see if it's your thing. The Pilot is a really good primer for the series and is still the best place to start.

The one I missed was in the diner over the waitresses shoulder is a flyer for the "Fonzerelli Ski Jump Exhibition" or some such variation.

Oh yes. I love Kripke.

I wonder if the Winchesters had called on Claire (from Heroes) for some healing/immie blood if that would have healed/restored missing flesh and brought Adam back to life? It worked for HRG. *ah, don't make me get started on this in relation to the Heroes vol.4 finale*
