Frankly, I especially liked how the episode was full of answers - sometimes to questions we didn't even know we were asking (what's up with people who *can* hear angels?) and sometimes to questions we were asking, a lot (Sam/Ruby = rape or not? - and IMHO if there's no soul in the body then it isn't). Filling in the blanks, such a very Sam-centric episode (and yourlibrarian, this pretty much gave me the rest of the eye candy I need for your vid!), advancing the myth-arc, and a smidge of case-stuff incorporated, too - all good.

Oh, and oh! The sewing up of the wound! And fixing Dean's shoulder! And the hustling of the pool! And the eye-candy every ten fucking seconds! And I adore Anna, but the SIGN at the HOUSE? With the misplaced apostrophe?!? Made me want to cry.

And I bet my fellow old-timers from SPN were amused by the character name, as we've known annamilton for nearly a decade now.

Well worth staying up for. Hopefully more coherent thoughts tomorrow upon re-watch, but for now, LA! so shiny!

Hey, New Yorkers - I know it was pre-empted but it will be on itunes and amazon in the next 12 hours or so - might be a good week to spring for it.



Where was Dean's amulet during the shag-scene or the alcoholic!Sammy scenes? I may've missed it but would love to know if anyone spotted it.

I still have my suspicions about her, and think that she knew that Dean was no longer in hell at that point. And Sam didn't want his Reunion Moment with Dean spoiled by explaining Ruby.

Anna is awesome and oh, I hope the boys can save her! I'm already kinda shipping Dean/Anna. :P

But the sign! Jeebus, people, when are you going to learn what an apostrophe actually means? Alas, that kind of thing is becoming all too common. *weeps*

I almost screamed when I saw that "to be continued..." pop up at the end. Is it next Thursday yet? *whimpers*
