Frankly, I especially liked how the episode was full of answers - sometimes to questions we didn't even know we were asking (what's up with people who *can* hear angels?) and sometimes to questions we were asking, a lot (Sam/Ruby = rape or not? - and IMHO if there's no soul in the body then it isn't). Oh, and oh! The sewing up of the wound! And fixing Dean's shoulder! And the hustling of the pool! And the eye-candy every ten fucking seconds! And I adore Anna, but the SIGN at the HOUSE? With the misplaced apostrophe?!? Made me want to cry.
And I bet my fellow old-timers from SPN were amused by the character name, as we've knownannamilton for nearly a decade now.
Well worth staying up for. Hopefully more coherent thoughts tomorrow upon re-watch, but for now, LA! so shiny!

Where was Dean's amulet during the shag-scene or the alcoholic!Sammy scenes? I may've missed it but would love to know if anyone spotted it.
