I can't check - my DVR didn't record it. But if that's true, that's just reprehensible, and goes a long way to explaining why the reviewer from TV Guide thought Simm's performance in this ep wasn't as dynamic as he was in the previous episode.

Date: 2007-10-06 05:00 pm (UTC)I saw this a few months ago (?) and loved the scene "I Can't Decide". (The Master is supposed to be equal parts menacing and campy, in my opinion.) Because, really it sums up the whole Master/Doctor relationship... As the only two known survivors of Gallifrey's destruction, there is an odd bond between them. If the Master kills the Doctor, he no longer has the Holmes to his Moriarty.
