Things from Europe are much more regulated, as are things from Israel, so we've been buying Playskool and smaller-brand stuff, as well as things with dye, not paint. From what I've been told - and I hope someone corrects me if I'm wrong - if it's dye, there can't be any lead in it because it makes it too thick to use for such purposes.
