Fall 2007 TV Season-Inspired Friending Meme

wendy has a great friending meme right now, but with the new Fall 2007 tv season about to start in the US, it's probably a good time for a general-interest tv-inspired friending meme, too.

Last night, I was thinking about how a year or so ago, some people on my flist were looking forward to the first season of Studio 60 and others were squeeing about the Heroes pilot, and some were wondering what would happen on House, or SPN, or any one of a dozen other shows - and now a new fall season is just around the corner and dvds of last season are hitting stores with regularity, so please participate and pimp, regardless of where you live, or even if you own a tv set! If you're interested in any currently-airing shows, this meme is for you!

I also read fic, vary rarely write, and watch vids. I think I may start doing some recs, but I'm not sure about that.

Yay!, another Arrested Development fan! I wish it had never ended too. I was devastated when they didn't come to terms with the Showtime deal (or was it HBO, I can't remember now). *sigh* But at least we have three perfect seasons on dvd. :)

I really wished I watched it from the beginning. I came in during the second season. Still glad I caught it on TV though.

I'm still mad that I never watched Firefly in the beginning. I was mad at Joss over Cordelia so I boycotted. I was right about Cordelia, wrong about Firefly.

If I had to recommend two shows that aren't airing anymore but which can be obtained via DVD or (ideally legal) download, they'd be:Gilmore Girls & Boy Meets World (because the subtext between shawn and cory is hilarious!)
