rivkat's post on legal standards and definitions and violet_quill's post today (which I don't have the url of) detailing the dialogue with Barak of 6A earlier this summer.
Will see a bunch of you tonight & tomorrow, and there will be discussion of this at the Monetization of Fandom round table that I'm hosting tomorrow morning.
