How do you make yours? How do you prefer yours?

I can still remember being at EuroDisney back in 1992 and being handed popcorn with sugar on it, and being told they had it no other way (UGH).

I do my popcorn on the stove, in a pot, with olive oil or rosemary-infused oil. I only use Orville Reddenbacher kernels and I only put sea salt (or sea salt + a Choulua chili-lime spices) on it.

Microwave popcorn is vile, and I never eat it. Air-popped is ok, with good salt and spices on it.

If I had my way, I would eat only popcorn today, in celebration and commemoration of this wonderful food!

And huh, I have a tag for popcorn? I did not remember that! (But I did just get to see the People's Choice Award ad for SPN on the CW, yay.)

A terrific day to scroll through the various Offering threads and bid on something that has no bids yet. There are some fantastic Offerings on random pages that may've been overlooked, or perhaps you've been outbid on something and haven't had a chance to page back through the Offerings to see if something terrific catches your eye.

But this round of the Auction closes in just over 24 hours, so it's the perfect time to bid on a shiny, generously donated Offering.
