Vividcon Auction

Because of a bidding glitch, there's been a reset on the current leading bids in the vividcon auction and I am suddenly cheaper. ;)

I've been musing this week about a Torchwood vid that I had been thinking of ( but it's spoilery, so it's behind the cut... )

I should know how to do this, but I don't.
I need to layer two audio tracks so they're on top of each other - is there a program that I can do this with, which has a simple learning curve?
