Vividcon Auction

Because of a bidding glitch, there's been a reset on the current leading bids in the vividcon auction and I am suddenly cheaper. ;)

I've been musing this week about a Torchwood vid that I had been thinking of

I had long planned to do the Torchwood vid in my Schoolhouse Rock series to Conjunction Junction, because who other than Jack should be tying up words and phrases and clauses?

It would have worked well for an S1 vid, or even through the first few eps of S2, but I don't think it would work now, not this month at least, because of the way S2 ended. How can I be jovial and silly with Tosh and Owen?

I'm sure that someday I'll be able to, and I may save Conjunction Junction for that time, but it just doesn't feel right, now.

Am I overthinking? Am I being sensible?

Those of you that do vid, have you ever been - well, not Jossed, but have you ever dealt with a change in a show's tone that makes you abandon a vidding plan or project? Did you ever come back to it again? Or did you just keep going with it?

All I can think about Conjunction Junction and Torchwood is the part where he says I've got three favorite cars... those should totally be Ianto, John, and Gwen, but I can't decide who should be "But". :-p

I think you could do it just without using any footage from the last episode!
