We're happy to announce that The Leaky Cauldron. will once again play host to IMAX events to coincide with the release of the newest HarryPotter film. We'll be presenting events in select cities, featuring hosts from some of your favorite sites - Fiction Alley, DanRadcliffe.com, and HPANA.

Many of you remember how much fun we had at the Prisoner of Azkaban screening in New York on June 5, 2004 - this time, we're spreading the fun and joy around the country, and around the world! Also, many events will have someone selling

Each hosted event will feature activies for fans to enjoy while they gather and wait for the movie to begin, and we'll have amazing prizes for cosutme and trivia contest winners at each hosted event. Fiction Alley will be selling wristbands to support the Katie O'Brien Memorial Scholarship Fund at many locations - check out a location's blurb below to see if they'll be there.

Tickets can be purchased through your IMAX theatre; some only sell via the phone, like Ft Lauderdale, so we recommend getting your tickets soon - all events are expected to sell out.


Over the next few hours, I'm going to be posting events as they go up on TLC & the other sites, so go friend it and stay tuned!

Thanks, smilie117, for the lovely icon. I know not everyone agrees with the whole Blue -> Pink thing, but to me, any proliferation of pinkess in any form is a good thing.

For those who are dropping by from TLC regarding the NYC GOF IMAX showing, I haven't heard back from the IMAX manager yet this morning, but I'm going to try and give her a call again. Basically, the original showtime was supposed to be 3:30 in the afternoon, but they changed it and asked if we could move back to the earlier show, which I was told was 12:40. But it's possible that things got garbled, and I am sure it will all be resolved when I speak with them today.
