At this stage, I've given up trying to figure anything out all together. I mean, there are only so many times I will try to break my brain figuring it out.
I haven't see it yet, because we taped it and will be watching it in about 15 minutes, but WTF? I thought Lex was about twelve when the meteors hit, which would make him about eight years older than Clark. (He and Lana were about four, right?) So if Clark is eighteen now, having just graduated high school, Lex is 26, right?
I'll be thinking about this while I watch the episode. As megaloo13 noted, laws and continuity seem to be for people other than the folks who work on Smallville...
