Regulus and Dean in a hot tub together is, frankly, hot enough and Hermione would try to find a way to be the invitee (avoiding the whole age gap thing and the fact that Regulus is most probably dead, which would technically be a barrier to Dean getting into a hot tub with him, although if Reg is a ghostie then Dean would definitely want Sam there for ghost-destruction purposes which would make many fangirls weep).
Alas, if only Reg were Stubby Boardman, so Dean could fanboy the whole rock-star thing. But JKR shot that one down, alas and alack.
So absent that, I'll just say that either scenario has a lot of merit and should be ficced immediately.

Jonathan Crane is jealous of Chandler, Jack and Peter because they're animagi.
Chandler is a puppy, Jack is a very, very long-lived turtle and Peter can, frankly, transform into any animagus form posessed by anyone he's ever met, although he prefers to be a goldfish and swim in a bowl on Nathan's desk.
Jonathan's jealousy results in him shooting fear-gas over the three of them, and they all have visions of what would scare their respective animals, namely, neat-freak spouses who don't like puppy-hair on the sofas, sharks and little kids who overfeed fishies so they end up in the toilet en route to the ocean (except not really).

And given how amazing they can be together (as permarag ) I think it would be a fantastic comedic swirl. It would, sorta, end up being a bit like The Time-Traveler's Wife, wouldn't it?

Peter-fics?
Gen, het *and* slash, as well as crossovers. Peter is already the Little Black Dress of Heroes - he goes well/believably/interestingly with everyone in the cast. With his time-traveling potential, Peter could, theoretically, replace Jack Harkness as the Little Black Dress of fandoms in general - he can go anywhere at any time and snog anyone.
Would Two and Six make a good couple?
Ten and Tonks? Not particularly, in a romantic sense. She'd be very weirded out by his resemblance to Barty Crouch Jr, and he'd find her wibbly pining for Lupin very, very tiresome.
But if he had met her when she was in, say, her second or third year of Auror training? She would have made a terrific Companion.
Three/Nine or Five/Nine? Why?
Sam/Peter (SQUEEE!) or Jonathan/Peter?
Jonathan/Peter would be extremely gorgeous together, and Nathan would tease Peter for dating a doctor but the whole Working With Evil thing that Jonathan is doing would be a rather significant impediment to more than a few weeks of intrigue and shagging.
Sam/Peter, otoh, is my OTP of crossovers for all time. They're both occasionally-emo younger brothers with *major* big-brother issues *and* daddy-issues, making plans for their lives that go so strongly against what said daddies want them to do, and then there's the whole superpower complication and how that's terrifying and exciting and bizarre and there's so much they don't understand, and Sam is just hoping that Peter isn't somehow Demon-impacted and Peter is hoping that Sam isn't being tracked like Claude was and there's so much more between the two of them that, assuming there's none of this, they could be *so* good together.
So, so good.
