Patrick Kennedy is going into treatment for addiction to something-or-other.

Which is actual news?
Which is CNN bothering to cover?

The international version of the Post has Goss at the top of the page, nice big font, and no picture of Kennedy. This is probably because most people outside of the States don't know/care who he is.

(For that matter, I'm not all that sure who Patrick Kennedy is, but he's a Kennedy, and sometimes that's all that really matters, it seems.)
