At every HPEF event, we've provided opportunities for people to get together with fellow members of fansites or communities, fans of specific ships or theories, Wrock bands and Muggle books, tv shows and films, etc.

Infinitus will be no different.

A limited amount of space will be available in the conference space at the Royal Pacific Hotel on Thursday, Friday and Saturday for groups to hold gatherings, and space is also available in CityWalk from Wednesday on, as well. We will list on our website any events taking place between July 13 and July 19.



If you're interested in organizing a meet-up follow these instructions:

1. Email Meet-Up co-ordinator Heidi at heidi @ infinitus2010.org (without the spaces)

2. Put "Meet-up: [Insert Group Name]" as the subject

3. In the body of the email put:

Your name as you want it to be listed on the Infninitus website.

A contact email address that will be valid and that you can access through July 15.

Your group name, focus, theme, purpose or unifying feature (i.e. fans of Eleven, C.S. Lewis fans, Nerdfighters, HPfGU members, fans of the House of Black).

Your Event Location, Date and Time (if already decided).

If you wish to be allocated meet-up space within our conference space or CityWalk please tell us your date preferences, in descending order.

Link where you will be organizing/coordinating (If you do not already have one, feel free to make a post on our forums at hpef.net, on LiveJournal or on Dreamwidth, or to use this post to gauge interest in a specific meetup.)

Anything else you'd like us to include in your entry.

We may edit for length, format and grammar/spelling.

Please get in touch with us by May 15 if you want to be guaranteed inclusion in the program, and by June 15 if you want to be guaranteed inclusion on the website.
