Sam's hair looks really pretty, and even prettier in the previews for next week.

WTF? Samuel almost gave a shifter baby to a demon! What would he and/or Crowley have done with it the?!?

OMG! Sam is Pinnochio and really wants to become A Real Boy! But who is the Blue Fairy? (Oh, right. Castiel. Do they ever turn the Chrysler Building blue for special occasions?)

OMG! Could Crowley possibly have Mary and/or Deanna and/or omgwtf JOHN kept locked away somewhere?

WTF? Crowley can pull people out of the afterlife? Does that mean there is any chance to also get the retun of Pamela, Jessica, Andy, Ash, Ellen and/or Jo? Of course, that could lead to a musical episode with a chorus of "...til they let me out of heaven..."

But OMG Madison is in Purgatory, so I really hope we see her if we ever get there. If Sam gets his soul back, it would be a good thing for him, I think.

Hmmm, I would love it if the demon possessing Christian was actually Bella. But it's probably just Parker Lewis.

Hmmm, Gwen really reminds me of Gwen Cooper of Torchwood. Any crossover fics with them yet? As Torchwood is coming to the US, it would be fantastic if they could team up on Gwen's home turf and deal with monsters *and* aliens.

OMG, if Sam's soul is still in the Hole will we get Adam back? And who would "play" Lucifer if we do take a voyage into that space, or near it?

WTF, Sam was going to shoot Grampa Sam but Dean stopped him in a semiparallel of when Sam was going to shoot John but Dean stopped him!

OMGWTF CROWLEY! I love Crowley! But I know real estate, and when you take a building over, those who lived there need to find new places to reside. Would annexing Purgatory to Hell result in a mass migration of the souls from Purgatory *to* Hell or Heaven or... back to earth?

Having only seen the episode once. According to the Catholic religion,Purgatory was where souls went that couldn't quite make it into heaven,thus you prayed for them,shortening their 'sentence' there. Crowley said Purgatory is where demons,vampires,(soulless creatures) went..He wants to release them from there and,have them join him..
You're right Madison would be in Purgatory. If Mary,Deanna and John are there I'm guessing Gramps would only care about saving Mary and Deanna.He has no real connection to John..We may see some of the others(Pam,Ash,Ellen and Jo) as well.
I did love Cas' line-Castiel: "Of course, your problems always come first." My initial thought- he's been hanging around with dean too long,he now gets sarcasm..
