Dec. 9th, 2009 11:09 pmOh, GLEE!
Yes, I loved the episode, the songs they did for sectionals, Mercedes doing Dreamgirls, the situation with the Schues, the major takedown of Sue and the expectation that she will be amazingly wonderfully evil in the second half of the season but for me the heart and soul of the episode was all the little flashbacks to all the numbers that have gone before in "My Life Would Suck". It was adorable, clever and I'm not sure if they filmed it before the show became almost iconic, at least to Gleeks, but it was exactly the right way to end this half of the season.
And we have to fucking wait until APRIL?
Ah well, at least the boys will be in Vanity Fair this spring!

Thanks to

Well, at least that's something to enjoy come January...

Date: 2009-12-10 06:18 pm (UTC)You have a show with momentum - your first genuine hit with increasing viewership and buzz in years. Way to kill it, dudes! Yeah, I know "Olympics" and "American Idol" but you have no freaking programming to speak of. Learn to schedule and you won't piss your growing Glee fanbase off. Really. Not hard. I promise.
So in April, when all the really new fans, or those just thinking "Hey, I might watch this" as a casual - though regular - viewer don't have a freaking clue that the show is back on, and the ratings suck, don't blame us. Really. We're watching. You're the one who dropped the ball.
No love,
Me.
