When you are good, you are very, very good!

Bryan Fuller returns and the focus turns onto the Extended Petrelli Family and the story becomes absolutely personal again!

How many Patented Petrelli Touches did we have right before Nathan and Peter walked into that room to destroy Sylar? And in a way, they did - Peter was SMART, so so smart and wonderful and the way they looked in the limo just reminded me of how much I loved it when I thought they were twins and how the show probably would have taken that turn if Fuller had been around in the first half of this season but it's all okay in the end.

I am very sure that real!Nathan is in the deep-freeze somewhere, under Noah's guard, and between Peter (oh, superpowered!Peter, you are back again! But what to do about that hunger, hmmm?) and Claire some special blood will bring him back if Gabriel takes over Nathan's body.

And how weird does that sentence look?

What I found weirdly amusing about this episode: Claire's drinking. Again. Do other shows allow their goody-two-shoes under-21 characters to drink?

What I absolutely adored about this episode: Noah and Angela made a baby! Sort of!
What I didn't love - Molly should've been one of the people they rescued from Building 26. But maybe she'll be back next season and will spill the beans about Sylar!Nathan (or is it Nathan!Sylar? OMG I have no idea!) to Peter and/or Claire.

What I need to check the comics for: When and how Sylar finally got the puppet-man, or whether he just took his powers before gifting him to Danko

And hey, Danko should be in prison and possibly death row for the deaths of agents for a while! But I am sure Noah could get him out and allow him to work as a janitor for The Company.

Heroes, darling - I don't think you'll fill the 6000 person room at Comic Con this summer, but wherever you are, I will follow you into the dark. You are the crack that makes my mondays complete.

Now, off to watch CHUCK and if it is is the last one ever I swear I will weep.

Mr. Marauder got the first season of this on DVD and we're watching it - we didn't start watching it when it started. I heard this season was bad, so glad to hear someone say it's good. :)

Season 2 was the rocky season, this current season has gotten back on track and I really recommend it!

There were some wonderful moments in S2 but...

Yeah. I really did love this season, even if I am not sure I can do the epic Petrelli video that I've been brainstorming about for the last three weeks.

Ah, maybe in a week or two.

Yes, I actually enjoyed season 2 a lot more than most. I am really excited they returned to some Petrelli family roots!

I am ALL about that plan. I am super-psyched that Peter has a bunch of powers again, too. That scene where he took down and dosed Sylar with the tranquilizer was fantastic. :D

I hope we'll see some of Molly next year, as well as more Micah. I really loved the whole thing they did making him Rebel this Volume.

I love when Peter and Gabriel team up, and I love love love it when they stick things into each other attack each other. To the death!

No, to the pain!

Or something like that. I wonder how Peter thinks they killed him fully? He doesn't think it could be the tranq - what does he think Noah and/or his mom did?

I gave up on Heroes last season, but I wish Bryan Fuller had been allowed to do more Pushing Daisies or Dead Like Me or Wonderfalls. ARGH!

I loved Pushing Daisies, although I missed about half of this season and will catch up on DVD, but Heroes so desperately needed him that it would have been wonderful if he'd been able to do both.

And since I have no Pushing Daisies icon I will use a different Chuck.

Fuller is a mad genius, who was awesome enough to phone in an interview at my husband's radio station. While I haven't seen Pushing Daisies, I loved Dead Like Me and Wonderfalls , so
I'm so glad to have him back on board.

I agree I find it very very odd that they didn't do or show anything being done with Nathan's body. What did they stuff it in a dumpster or something. Either Danko/Arthur grabbed it or it's a plot hole, or the whole. "This death sticks is a red herring to get us back and they have plans for the real Nathan.

I just don't see Angela just dumping Nathan's body like that after her freak out.

I am very sure they put it into the deep freeze. Noah has to know, as does Angela now even if she was initially in denial, that Sylar's true personality may try to escape the mental prison he's in, but I think they both realised they didn't have access to the medical equipment they'd need to fully suffuse Nathan's body with Magical Healing Blood when he was dead and Gabriel was unconscious. But the new Government-funded Company will when they take a break from having Momo find a vaccine for swine flu.

I hope so I hate the idea of Nathan's body becoming a plot hole when/if Zach returns.

So many things delighted me and took me by surprise, especially Peter in the limo. Didn't see that coming at all.

Wasn't that stunning?
Show does SUCH brilliant things!

There are moments where I am so glad that I can mentally divorce my shippiness from my love of the underlying storyline. No, all ships involving real!nathan and/or real!gabriel are a bit barmy for at least the immediate future-of-the-show, but (a)there is so much room for play in and around that immediate future, and (b) I never actually thought we were going to see Nathan and Peter, or Gabriel and Mohinder, or Nathan and Noah, or Gabriel and Angela snog on-screen anyway.

No, that was Fake!Gabriel, the shapeshifter who they'd kept on ice.
