I've been in a frenzy of Azkatraz-ian work (90% good, 10% people's-schedules-involve-them-being-in-Japan-in-July) for most of today, but while randomly looking for something else, I thought I would go do a search on eBay for these. Twilighters, start your engines!

No, shocolate, this is not me poking Twilighters - this is me providing a shiny distraction from the seeming clusterfuck of the studio firing Hardwicke in favor of the guy who basically screwed up the Golden Compass.

Although that's not as clusterfucked as the casting for the live action Avatar film.

And did I hear that Merlin's been renewed for a second season? Yay - which will become an all-caps yay when I've actually managed to watch the rest of the eps. Adorable show. Vidding bunnies involving Oasis songs will not leave my brain! Damned Gallaghers.

Bizarre and quite rude, IMHO.

Merlin is airing on the BBC in the Doctor Who time-slot, but it's supposed to air in the US starting next month. It is made of woobie-tasticness!

Eeee, that video rules! I also LOVE the idea of Merlin Oasis. "She's electric" about Morgana nd the crazy Pendragon family! "Champagne Supernova" about how Merin always has to do all the bloody hero work, then Arthur rides in and takes the credit!

I really need to go see Twilight at the theatre. Haven't read the series...though I did read the end of the last book while perusing the book isle. But 'Cedric Diggory' (HP) & 'Volchok' (The O.C.) as vampires (a kink of mine) and it pushes me into should go see. :-)

I've been seeing a bunch of Merlin icons all over LJ, but haven't seen any of the series. Is it showing in the U.S. at all? or will it?

Merlin is supposed to air in the US starting next month, but I've been downloading it as consolation while I recover from weekly dentist appointments of misery. It is adorable. It throws everything you thought you knew about Camelot out the window but if you can get over that jump, you're very, very good.
