My polling place is ridiculously mellow. We've processed 200+ people in about 3 hours, and a dozen in the last hour, but the lunchtime crowd is starting up, slowly but surely. There's another attorney here with me so I managed to run out and make a Krispy Kreme run for the staffers here and the firefighters whose station we are precinct-ing in.

I also managed to read a fic! A little election day joy from sarah_p (no, I do not believe that she is *that* Sarah P!) in the form of an SPN genfic. Go read it and get all smiley!

Oh, thank you for that rec! I am sooooooooo sick of all the election hooplah, and the automated phone calls three times a day, reminding me not to forget to vote, and I'm just - GAH! I'll VOTE already! I care, I do, I'm just so damn tired of the universe shouting at me HOW to care! Sheez ... ;-)
