I'm sure that the generalities of the first ep of S3 have already been posted everywhere so

First of all OMGSQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.

They are back in the form they were in at the height of S1. The writing is sharp and funny and heartbreaking and they answer things like whether Sylar eats brains and whether he can kill CLaire and who shot Nathan and whether he will survive and what Angela's power is and whether Mohinder will find a way to block Maya's evil killing curse.

And they do it spectacularly, with lots of completely Italian touching and mysteries and symbols and Ando being fantastic and what's up with Peter's character arc and Nathan's messiah complex and a cameo from George Takei and the return of LINDERMAN! I MEAN, LINDERMAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No idea what's up in New Orleans but there is Ali Larter in there!!!!!!!!!!!!!! With Bruce Boxleiter which was fantastic!

Gah, I'm not sure what else to write about because I want everyone to get the same shivvery wonderful GLEEEEEEEEEEE as I did when I watched it and if I tell everything you won't and you REALLY SHOULD BECAUSE IT WAS MAGNIFICENT.

Oh, also! I waited in line at the WB booth where Milo and Tim Sale were signing promo posters for a new comic they've done together - Milo "presents" it, whatever that means. It looks nifty, and it's called Rest. Got to meet Milo, whose hair is nicely longer than it was for S2, which is good. He is very, very pretty. But you already knew that.

The one question I just am curious about in a yes/no way is do they explain Matt-Mohinder-Molly? I'm not even thinking shipping here, but how two men go from being total strangers to raising a kid together in four months. It drives me nuts that the show pretty much ignores that.
