If I have a download in 2 .rar parts, and I am supposed to un-RAR and join them with WINRAR, WTF DOES THAT MEAN>?


I mean, I have a licensed version of WINRAR and I see nothing that explains how to join the damned things, and nothing works when I click on them.


HELP!

It should join automatically when you unziprar the first half.

It didn't, but sockpuppett explained how to do it semi-manually and YAY! Thanks for helping!

Just (double)click on the first file (*.r01 or *.r00), and the entire file should open and combine itself.

Got it. Had to make it "show extensions" for me to figure out which one *was* .r01, though!

Dunno about the Mac, but everytime I've used RAR files on the PC all I have ot do is open 1 of the files and it finds and automatically joins the whole thing. Did you try to right click one of them and open w/ RAR?

Hopefully that helps a little.....I'm ememsly jealous that you have a copy. BBC is all fucked up adn I can't watch it off there and nothing I can download yet has come up. GRRRRRRRRR WANT!

Unrar the first one and it should unrar the second one and join automatically.
