And yes, ivyblossom, I am majorly squicked by the stingrays in their tank - their fins keep coming above the water - but more by the touch-tank because I can't bear to even touch a starfish. Omg phobia!

Is anyone else fish-phobic? I can look at them from a distance or behind glass but I won't swim where they are likely to be, or pick them up.
ETA: ivyblossom just told me about a change to the epilogue by JKR! Wow, that would be a shock!

And bookshop! Peeves at HPANA is reporting today on a Harry Potter anime show! But it's on ABC, not NBC/Universal, which comes as a surprise to me.

Heh, I was at um, SeaWorld maybe, one time... and my mom encouraged me to touch one of the rays (manta ray I think, not stingray) in one of the petting pools. It was pretty cool actually - very velvety. And the ray seemed to like it - he would start floating backwards in the current and I'd waggle my fingers and he'd ripple over to me again.

I don't like fish (except to eat!) and don't want to touch them at all... but the rays have become an exception for me.

I used to have a tank of goldfish in my room, and they'd drive me nuts! You think fish don't make any noise, but the constant blubbering and mouthing along the top of the water drove me nuts, especially at night! Bah.

Though I only have a proper phobia when it comes to jellyfish - even that scene in Finding Nemo squicks me.
