Aside from some quirks and glitches here and there, I enjoyed this one quite a bit.

However...

• It seems doubtful that if I tried to punch a man in the head in a public place, and my fist went right through, I would then shrug off that hallucinogenic experience without pause and decide to pull out a gun and shoot him.

• It also seems doubtful that DL, having immediate knowledge and advance warning of this asshole, would totally dismiss him; he'd be ready to phase again right away.

• It seems wildly implausible that Peter's exploded self could regenerate fast enough to catch a plummeting Nathan. Tiny shard of glass in his brain stops him cold; complete disintegration of his brain is apparently no problem. Hmmm.

• I actually like Elle's bangs. (But then I am one of the straight men you mention who would probably have banged her, given a chance. This evidently means I have no aesthetic taste in hair.)

• Despite thinking she's hot, her sociopathic qualities are very apparent and would be a sexual turnoff. Perhaps she and West are suited for each other?

What I'm trying to say, is that I'm trying to connect Nathan seeing his scarred face self in the mirror with Nikki's split personality thing... and I wonder if this is something that's common for people who have powers? Is that what Bob said? Or am I talking out of my ass?
