Did y'all know that on my birthday week back in 1977, snow fell in Miami?

I was, of course, in Orlando at the time. Snow fell there, too. It was neat, watching the Castle through the smattering of snowflakes.

I remember this well because we were just planning to move from Illinois at that time and I asked my mom if it ever snowed in the part of Florida we were going to because I would miss the snow. She told me sometimes it does and actually it just had. What she failed to mention is it would probably never do it again!
