I voted for the one with the pretty fishies cos we don't get pretty number-plates in Australia. Currently in Florida myself (visiting), and I have to admit I lusted pretty hard after your number-plates with the Shuttle on them! (but I am a space-geek from way back. ;~P)

Well, to be really pedantic about it, we have one: the Atlantic Ocean. But we also have the Gulf of Mexico and Florida Bay (this is the Everglades-fed runoff that extends south of mainland FL and beyond the Keys) and loads of little bays and inlets up and down both coasts. It's that whole peninsula thing. :)

Because I like the wave one better than Nemo, actually (and I love Finding Nemo), but if your car would clash with yellow (and not orange) then....

Then again, the basic colour in both is blue.
