Oh, Sam! [livejournal.com profile] copperbadge?!? Why are you not here tonight?

For those of you who didn't read his Hiatus series, he predicted a tracking person - of course, his was a teen named Jack who was Claire's soulmate, but we can't have everything.

Sylar!Drunk Dialing Mohinder, his pretty-but-naive boyfriend! Hahaha!

I love Sylar's interaction with his completely batty mother - but I'm not 100% sure yet that he's not actually a Petrelli and adopted, but I'm not sure that his mother is sane enough to keep that a secret at this point if (a) it's true and (b) she knows about it.

Molly is adorable, and shopping at the Hermione Granger House of Pink Sweatery Things

Peter! You're supposed to ask your brother to shoot you if you go darkside! Not your niece!

Angela, you manipulative bitch.

Oh, bennett. You must've known that bringing Ted near Peter was a bad idea.

And are we very very sure that EviL!Matt isn't already in Thomson's pocket? And didn't do it on purpose?

All in all a good episode - a bridge to the plottiness of the next two, I presume? Not quite as OMGFLAIL as the last few weeks, but still, really and really good.

When does Claude come back? Anyone know? : misses him so

Sylar is totally the abusive boyfriend and Mohinder is the one who just can't hang up the phone let him go.

Molly and Micah are such totally cool hero kids.

Can't wait for the upcoming weeks.

Your icon always makes me smile!

And yeah, spot on re the S&M relationship. Sylar is all Who are you calling? You're not paying all your attention to me!

I'm just surprised that Mohinder answered the phone - doesn't he have caller ID on his cellphone? What did it say? Zane? Sylar? DO NOT ANSWER THIS CALL HE IS NOT GOOD FOR YOU! ?

My first thought was for Sam. He's gonna flip. It will be awesome.

Peter! You're supposed to ask your brother to shoot you if you go darkside! Not your niece! When this happened I actually said "Not again!" out loud and had to explain myself to my roommate. *facepam*

I am so shipping Kring/Kripke. They're just gacking from each other weekly at this point.

If Ava turns out to have been a cheerleader?

We'll know it for sure.

They are. It can't possibly be a coincidence at this point. Mohinder was bleeding on the ceiling, for crying out loud.

Also, the Petrellis were awesome tonight, no?

The Petrellis are awesome every night.
And Angela knows all about it. Or so she says...

MEEP!

Not quite as OMGFLAIL as the last few weeks, but still, really and really good.

I'd have to agree with that. It certainly had its moments, but I wasn't blown away by anything. The Peter/Claire shipper in me, however, is very happy. :">

During commercial breaks, I kept jumping around because I just couldn't sit still. Especially when Sylar said, "I hear you."
Sylar and his mom... wow. First of all, nod to Ellen Greene, who played Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors, as the batty mom with the snowglobe fetish. I felt bad for Sylar, because he wanted to believe he could stop himself from killing again, and then...
*shrugs*

As for the rest of the cast: poor everybody. I mean, everyone seems to be having such a shit day, aside from Linderman and Mama Petrelli.

I hope Claude suddenly materializes next to Peter's ear and whispers, "Use the force, Luke." Or at least knocks him unconscious... again.

Ellen was amazing and I hope someone takes the bait and does a Sylar (or Sylar/Mohinder) centric vid to Somewhere That's Green because it would work really well.

I'm so tempted. I already have certain scenes in mind to go with the lyrics. Maybe after the move... OMG, Sylar is what you get when Seymour and Audrey procreate. *collapses into giggles at the thought.*

Seriously... Seymour wore glasses. It could happen.

Ellen Greene

From: [identity profile] graycie23.livejournal.com
I've been looking at that name, and I think I even glanced at IMDB, but I could't place it. And then she opened the door, and I was like, Oh! THAT Ellen Greene. Oh, Seymour!

Or something vaguely pathetic and along those lines...

And ditto. Peter's hands went all glowy, and then in the preview when he says, "You know what you have to do, Claire," or whatever, I was like, "Yeah. Punch him in the face. Duh."

Peter! NOOOOOO!!!! Don't let him die!!!

Seriously, though--the last 5 minutes were great. All the heroes converging on New York, the look of recognition between Parkman and Peter, the reunion between Claire and HRG, Claire's joy being wiped off her face when she realizes what's happening...Nyaaagh I cannot possibly wait until next Monday!

It was just...it reminded me so much of the first encounter between Peter and Claire. He knows he is most likely going to die, but he takes a moment out of his mission to comfort her. Only this time, thye aren't strangers--they're meeting again as friends, as allies, as family, and they know they're not alone, whatever else might happen. Just...gah. *flails* I loved the return of the wide-eyed, innocent boy when he smiled down at her at the end. It was just a lovely, lovely shot.

but I'm not sure that his mother is sane enough to keep that a secret at this point if (a) it's true and (b) she knows about it.

Well, if she IS his really mommy instead... she should have her own power - and so it's either that she's been keeping THAT a secret, or an adoption a secret. Or she's just totally clueless and batty. Maybe her power was something like she could see through snowglobes to their "real" places or something totally useless.

All in all a good episode - a bridge to the plottiness of the next two, I presume? Not quite as OMGFLAIL as the last few weeks, but still, really and really good.

Very true, not as much OMG! but they've got to give fans a breather before they kill us with the next two episodes.

You must've known that bringing Ted near Peter was a bad idea.

Yeah, but they were on a totally separate mission. Seeing Peter and Claire there was the last thing Bennett probably thought would happen.

Speaking of... where did the Haitian go off to after dropping Claire off at Grandma's so many eps back?

I'm wondering if they want us to forget Claude so that he can appear at an opportune time and save the day. Perhaps he's been stalking HRG's boss and getting information on the plot?
