X2 good. This review pretty much says it all, although no mention made of Gandalf the Sparkly White being followed by Gandalf the, Well, Not So White + Cool Helmet Which Would've Been Interesting At Dawn.

Did not get preview for Matrix, but did get preview for League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, for which we will ask Comic Book Dealer for passes.

Did not go into labour during film.

Sorkin Quits West Wing

Aaron Sorkin is out at "The West Wing," the Emmy-winning White House drama series he created and executive-produced.

Sorkin yesterday told executives at NBC and Warner Bros. Television, where the show is produced, that he will leave at the end of this season, the show's fourth.

Tommy Schlamme, the show's principal director and co-executive producer, also informed the suits of his intention to bow out at season's end.

Sorkin had been telling people late last year that this season would likely be his last because he felt the show had "jumped the shark" -- an industry expression for run its course -- one source told The TV Column yesterday afternoon.

Clerarly, everyone is having a day. Or a week.

As for me, the bedframe from a bed just fell on the back of my neck and my head. My mum and I were cleaning out my closet so it can be painted before we move back in, and it just slipped from its nesting place on the wall, as it's not being used now, and crashed into my head. Scary, but it's starting to not hurt. But I thought, when it hit, that I was dead or something. It was so loud and so... Ugh. But luckily, it was far, far away from Jumper.

So unless you're pegkerr or ali_granger, take today off.
