X2 good. This review pretty much says it all, although no mention made of Gandalf the Sparkly White being followed by Gandalf the, Well, Not So White + Cool Helmet Which Would've Been Interesting At Dawn.

Did not get preview for Matrix, but did get preview for League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, for which we will ask Comic Book Dealer for passes.

Did not go into labour during film.

*snerk* Not going into labor during film, always a plus. Of course by now your are probably beyond ready to give birth. I can't WAIT to see X-Men 2. I loved the first one even though I am not into the comics.

Regarding Extraordinary Gentlemen -- they played the ad for that here, too, and at the end they did the big "L-X-G -- coming soon" deal. And missmartin and I looked at each other and said together, "'LXG' -- what the f*%#?"

It reverberated through the crowded cinema. We got a round of applause from a bunch of teenage boys.

It was highly embarrassing.

But X2! Like that review said. Indeed.
