There's an entry on Wikipedia about the song House of the Rising Sun, which was used in last night's Supernatural.
I've been wondering why they chose it - it's more or less a song about a brothel and a fallen woman, which Molly isn't, not really, but I'm now wondering if it was because of the (slightly imho hokey) sunrise scene in the end, and the lyrics at the end of the song:
My race is almost run
Going to spend the rest of my days
Beneath that Rising Sun
Because isn't that sorta how it ends for Molly? Her last moments beneath the rising sun?
And along those lines, did the boys kill time (no pun intended) so they could bring her to her husband's house once he'd be awake? I mean, had it been 2 hours earlier, what would they have done? Broken in and gone to his bedroom?
