I just saw this and afte the initial, "omgwow," I had to wonder just where was the baby? I didn't see her mentioned in the article I saw and I really, really hope she wasn't traveling with Anna Nicole right now.

So I've heard some laywer dude who was already questioned about the death of her son just happens to be the one who would be executor of the baby's estate should son (check!) and Anna (check check!) both die.....sounds like motive and even some prior suspicion there to me.....though I heard this from someone who is an admitted republican (I work with him and do not hang around by choice!) so the truthyness quotient is dubious at best.

I just commented about this in nmalfoy's journal. Also don't forget that the other claimant to the Marshall fortune died 3 weeks after Anna announced she was pregnant, and that the baby is naturally now the heir.
