The Icon Pairing Meme
Nov. 22nd, 2006 02:56 pmMake a list of all the characters in your icons. (Although you may have more than one icon of a single character, they only go on the list once.) Alphabetize it. Take the first two people on the list; that's your first pairing. Second two people; second pairing. etc.
Note the First: I am including characters, not the actual people portrayed in the icons; hence, I am leaving out Bill Clinton, George Bush and George Lucas. Trust me, it's better this way.
Note the Second: Although I know some people have included non-humanoid types, I'm opting against including Frog and Snake from Stealing Harry, as well as the pumpkin Dalek.
Note the Third: I am not including myself.
Bruce Wayne/Cher Horowitz: Wasn't that a mistake of a George Clooney film once?
Darth Vader/Draco Malfoy: Someone has serious Daddy issues. Okay, two people have serious Daddy-esque issues.
Elizabeth Swann/Eloise: Active fantasy life and imagination? Check.
Elpheba/Ennis Del Mar: I have no Friend of Dorothy jokes. None. At. All.
Galinda/Harry Potter: Travel by bubble or travel by broom? So many difficult decisious!
Hermione Granger/Jack Harkness: This could be very interesting. I'd love to see what Torchwood would make of Miss Granger, in her late 20s, en route to Haye-on-Wye with a stopover in Cardiff. I bet the wizarding community there has already managed to spell the cameras to not detect their presence, but could he catch her off guard and pull her into a mystery under the Millennium Center?
Jack Sparrow/Jack Twist: That? Could be brilliant. And would involve travels in Mexico.
James Hook/James Potter: Well, that's another way for the visual of Jason Isaacs to get entangled with dark-haired-Potter-type.
Jonathan Crane/Jordan McDeere: Oh, this is intriguing. Even though he just doesn't seem straight to me in Batman Begins, I can see him trying mind games on her and finding her naive attitude towards the underworld of Gotham either a put-on or somehow refreshing. They might actually have worked well as friends in a college situation.
Lucius Malfoy/Luke Skywalker: Someone has serious Daddy issues. Okay, two people have serious Daddy-esque issues.
Luna Lovegood/Mike Bell: Adorable. Anyone watched The Tomorrow People back in the 70s? So adorable.
Neo/Nine: Possible. Very, very possible. Apart from the whole Nine Would Never Have Let The World Turn Into A Place Like That In The First Place thing.
Pansy Parkinson/Peter Pettigrew: He wants to. You know he does.
Regulus Black/Remus Lupin: Wrong brother. Sorry, no.
Ron Weasley/Rose Tyler: Adorable. Totally adorable. They'd really be terrific together. Maybe she finds him on her way home from Bad Wolf Bay.
Severus Snape/Sirius Black: Wrong brother. Sorry, no.
Ten/Willy Wonka: Psychotic. Giddy. Insane. There would be bananas.
Voldemort/Zacharias Smith: Apart from the fact that he killed Zach's grandma/great-aunt/great-grandma-whatever. He'd probably try it as a way to invade the Hufflepuff world again, though.

Date: 2006-11-22 08:30 pm (UTC)But I *have* to finish Yuletide and JBBS before I start any crackaddled crossovers. I mean, any *more* crackaddled crossovers, since I already have four or five half-done on my HD.
But it would be so much fun to see Jack dealing with magic and Hermione dealing with Jack and aliens.
::dies again::

Date: 2006-11-22 11:22 pm (UTC)Hermione as a part of Torchwood would be awesome.
The Jacks in Mexico would have to play on Skinemax, and I would totally DVR it.
As a player of Peter I can totally see him wanting Pansy.
And Ten/Willy Wonka made my brain stop working. But in this really, really good way.
