Can someone with more knowledge of Cardiff or who saw The Unquiet Dead more than once argue either side of my silly theorizing:

The Tardis landed on the same spot in both TUD and Boomtown, didn't it?
Or did it not?

Well, no. The rift in TUD was in the house and they didn't land in it ? But it was the same area as in Boom Town.
