What do you want to see?

FictionAlley is in the process of redoing our Point Me page, which may possibly become the new front page for FA itself. There's a lot of info that needs to be there, but we don't want it to look more cluttered than it needs to, so we've set up a poll and a place for commenting - if you're registered, you can vote here - and if you're not registered but you use FA to read fics, posts or essays, or to view art, or vids, or to listen to SpellCast, please comment either on the thread or our fiction_alley livejournal.

Hey Heidi, I posted this at FicAlley but I'll repost it here as well. The thing I most want to remain is the quotes that are from random stories on the top of the page, for two reasons.

1. Selfish reason, I've gotten reviewers that way who've told me that's how they've found my story(s)

and

2. (This one is more important) it's how I've found a lot of my Niffles, by vaguely browsing stories that have interesting quotes.

Just my two cents. ;o)

As a channel surfer, random quotes are good. :-) However, I like search functions *everywhere*.
