...would pay $399 plus tax and shipping for this FAO Schwarz "exclusive"
Harry Potter Triwizard Trunk from WB & Robert Tonner. It includes a 17
inch Harry with 'multiple points of articulation", a trunk with three
outfits, miniatures of the Firebolt, a "dragon egg" and a triwizard
cup.

RT Harry Potter dolls scare me. And the points of articulation are nice if you plan to take out your 400 dollar doll and pose it for the camera, but are otherwise useless. I am very glad my doll shoppe doesn't sell the Robert Tonner's, I'd be scared to close the shop at night for fear the multiple girly Harrys and feminine Rons would stare at me like those creepy portrait eyes that follow wherever you go.

That hair is just too freaky - oh and the image tags were wrong on FAP so I went in and edited it.

Wow. I didn't think they could actually make Ken less appealing, but there he is!

He's Ken in a bad Harry costume. Yikes.

I guess that would have to be a special kind of fan. (movie fangirl or something)

I certainly wouldn't, That doll doesn't even look like Harry. It's ugly.

I imagine those multiple points of articulation will come in handy for stop-motion fan vidding, especially once the Draco, Snape, and Ginny dolls come out... *ducks*

So basically...

I read your second post, and I pretty much wanted to cry. A lot. Heidi, I really am actually going to pray for your family that the rest of this year goes better.

I am sure that you 'count your blessings' but... I am so glad that your three beautiful children are happy and healthy, which may not make things easier in the context of the rest of your family, but I will say a prayer for all of you. My heart really, really goes out.

The hair is very scary.

It looks sort of like they shrunk Daniel, except for the shoes. The shoes have to go. Really lame.
