I *finally* did my registration for Lumos - it was le birthday giftie from Spouse (along with a lovely set of the last three seasons of the Tomorrow People (UK DVD release yay)) and I realised I haven't done a Who's Coming? poll. And since I've been wondering if there's any interest in a visit to Avenue Q, perhaps on Wednesday or Thursday night (I think the show is at 10pm, so we'd need to leave to go there at around 8:30ish) over at the Wynn in the city itself, I added a nonbinding question about that, too. So, let me know...

To clarify: It's right after the start of grad school for me, so depending on how hectic that is, it determines everything else for me. I've reserved a room for all the nights just in case, but most likely I will only be able to attend Fri & Sat nights, if at all. :(

I'm staying in the place people are staying, whatever the main hotel is, as Dionne made the reservations and I can't remember if it was the Marriott or the Courtyard Marriott.

Now, I'm working but I'm also a poor student who is getting somewhat funded by D (though I think I should be able to swing more of it than I'd thought) so I think that the spa thing really depends. I'm no spa freak so I might a la carte it depending on what they're offering. Also, you know, on what the other girls are doing though I reckon we'll be seeing a lot of you.

I want to. But I couldn't leave Bella for that long. I dunno if I should bring her, because I think that would cut back on my fun grown up time and my schnoogling of fandom people.

Cate will be in Vegas but with my parents at their hotel much of the time. She'll be too old to be a lap baby at Lumos, as she'll (God willing) be walking and babbling by then, so she's more of a disruption than Jon was at Nimbus.

I'd love to go, I really would.. But there are two problems :(

1) It's in the US, and I have no money at all. The trip from Denmark to Las Vegas is bound to cost a lot.

2) As far as I understand Lumos is for adults. I can't really call myself an adult yet, sadly.

I really wish I could go, but as you can see I have some good reasons for not going.. I hope you all have fun there!

:( I won't be there. The North American Nationals are Tue/Wed/Thurs of that week and I plan to stay for Breyerfest afterward.

Logistics wouldn't work out even if I weren't staying for Breyerfest since I'll have my car and several large crates of fragile model horse stuff with me (and no desire to drive PA-KY, KY-NV three days later, and then NV-PA three days after that).

You'll have to send me pictures instead!
