Audiobooks on iPod

Does anyone know how to fast-forward through part of an audiobook on itunes?

You should be able to press and hold the forward (>>) option.

The same way one does with any song: press the center select button until the progress bar in the display shows, not the volume level, but the progress of playing the current selection. Then use the scroll wheel to move forwards or backwards.
