According to one theatre, the running time is 2:20. I don't know if that's with or without commercials and trailers though.

Don't expect to be out before 7:00PM.

It was about 2hrs 30 at the screening I went to, and there were a ton of adverts.

At the theater I work at it is 2 hours and 35 minutes including trailers. Of course that also includes end credits so you would be out a little earlier if you don't watch those.
