So a group of 11 teachers & staff from my high school won the five million dollar lottery grand prize here in Florida this week! And among the group was my 12th grade AP English teacher, the one who chaperoned us on our Spring Break trip to London that year, where we saw seven plays & musicals in six days - he said that with part of his three hundred thousand dollar share of the prize, he's going to London for a tehater extravaganza. I am so happy for him, and for the other ten in the group. I probably don't know them all, being (gasp!) sixteen years out of high school already, but I am sure they're all going to have a great time with it!
