It wasn't, initially - I clicked over there just after Dick mentioned it. I wonder if the person who originally had it sold it to Soros during the debate, or just changed where it was pointing to. The listed registrant is something in the Caymans, whereas the registrant for GeorgeSoros.com is listed as a private registration within Network Solutions, in care of George Soros, and the DNSes are different.
I kinda think it was hacked. My friend was tracking it for a couple hours after the debate last night...when he first checked it (11:00ish), it was the Soros site, then went to one with a whole lot of popups, then back to the Soros site. Google has it as "The Leading Educational Site on the Web".
