1. Crossposted from show_w_the_door - if you're here on LJ, you have at least a bit of a clue, technologically. TechWatch is looking for volunteers, who will receive training and participate in important non-partisan election monitoring activities, observing and documenting:

Logic & Accuracy testing of voting technology by election officials prior to Election Day
Poll Watching on Election Day (assigned to a single polling place or central election office)
Election Incidents on Election Day (on dispatch from an Election Incident Reporting system to polling places within a given county)

The Bushies are running scared if they're being *this* underhanded.

I heard the audio of the TV ad on AAR this morning (Unfiltered). It was absolutely reprehensible. This is so like the tactics that turned the election in Georgia against Max Cleland.

so, i know your icon is a texas flag because bush is "from" texas, but seriously, austin, where he lived for four years before becoming president, is like the most No-W place ever.
i mean, i know youre saying "no bush" but it also looks like "no texas" and it pains me. we don't want him either!! remember the dixie chicks?

I second that.

Texas is not symonomous with Bush, some of us want Kerry in office. My icon made my heart wimper because it feels like you want to defeat Texas. Oh, and Texas has had some pretty cool democrats such as Henry Cisneros so we are not all facist Republicans.
