Yesterday was four days long.

Possibly five.

Woke up around 6:45, did some stuff on computer, updated TLC, caught up on email and flist, did not have breakfast for no good reason.

Had meeting with client at 9, so left hotel at 8:30. Finished meeting at 9:30, ran to IMAX where I took photos of theater to help guide people as to where to go.

Took cab back down to 42nd street, where I grabbed some food, and met lissinthecity and likebunnies, then smilie117 and vlamidala (and her mom!) and others arrived, too, and we watched The Movie. It was good, and I did what epicyclical and I have done with repeat viewings before - watch the characters who're reacting or in the background, instead of whoever is speaking. It's a good way to Notice More.

Then ran back to hotel for a bit, got in touch with gwendolyngrace and Amy, and then hooked up with jlh, msscribe, slytherincess and littletort and... um... cannot remember other LJs now! There was lunch at John's Pizzaria on 44th street, but I had to run, as I had to drop something off on Prince Street, but luckily I made it back about 70 minutes later as they were leaving (and had been joined by tea_and_toast!) and grabbed a piece of pizza.

Then I went to deal with my hair, then Aaron & I met one of my longtime college friends & his wife for drinks and some really good popcorn shrimps, then Aaron and I took the subway up to our old neighborhood (72nd & Broadway) and met Many Others at Cafe Mozart for dinner, and I FINALLY got to meet titanic_days (SQUEE!) and aegeus refused to reprise his role as my Minion, which he performed so admirably at Nimbus last year, so I think I have to to recruit new ones. ;)

Then we went to Barnes & Noble and there was much squeeing over the NME pics of Dan, playing bass in The Bad Place, and some freaking over pics from this photo session and then I went back to the hotel and collapsed somewhere around midnight.

And now I am off to meet jlh and get all the Cool Surprises to the theater and then head to meet others for Frozen Hot Chocolate. Yum.
