If you want to follow my Really Old Fics project, which I'll be posting to every week day for at least the whole of April, please go and friend the community. Unless there's a major outcry, I'm not planning on crossposting the recs here. My goal is to rec *only* fics written in 2000 and 2001, at least for the time being, and I have a list of at least ten to plug in the next few weeks!

And yeah, I know that this project might be interprited as nice, or kind or helpful. If you have a problem with that, then you are cordially invited to stick it in your ear (to paraphrase Shel Silverstein).

What a great idea! I came into fandom "late," so I missed out on all these fics during their prime time. I think this is wonderful!
