Feb. 27th, 2004 05:12 pmDon't just post it in the review forum. Guys, we have over 35,000 review threads and we *do not* read them. There is no way that we can. So if you complain about plagiarism in a review thread, the only people who are likely to see it are the author and your fellow reviewers.
Here's what we say in the ToU:
To add to that, complaining in LJ is all well and good and someone will likely tell us that they've read it on LJ, or one of the mods or admins may happen to run across it, but let's put it this way, I am about two days behind in LJ right now, but I'm up to date on Help Desk email, so LJ is not the most efficient way to get the info to us.

If you suspect a writer of engaging in copyright or trademark infringement, please inform the Admins at help-copyright@wibbles.org. Posting an accusation in a review thread or in the Park is not an effective way to confront the author of the post or story.
