The FA bunch (gwen, maddy, etc), Cassie, Simon. The HPEF folks. We met at Nimbus.

1. I think I heard of you when I first joined the HPfGU list.

2. The first time we met in RL was at Downtown Disney when the first movie came out. :)

3. At first, I was torn between being scared and amused. Now I'm just amused.

4. The robes are a bit too big but on the whole, the uniform looks cool. Harry's expression looks a little loopy to me though. Too happy, you know?

I met you through Cassie. I started reading the Trilogy, and then started reviewing. I just knew that there was this Heidi character who Owled my Schnoogle account every now and then, with FA updates and the like.

Then I started reading Cassie's LJ. Then I got my own LJ. Then I started poking around at peoples' flists, and saw "heidi8" and I squeed with joy because I'd found FA's mummy! Oh, and then I friended you. ;)

- Hmm, it had to be Nimbus related, as I lurked primarily at SQ for the first almost 2 years in fandom. After Nimbus, I just float between sites. So, it was Nimbus related.

With what people/series/groups etc. have you associated with me? If we've met in Real Life, where, and if you can recall, when?
- Hmm, first and foremost, Nimbus, simply because that was my big Fandom Debutante (although it wasn't really). Although, when I think on you know, I think FA and HPEF, and LJ and well, Mom, and Wife and all kinds of things. You're more then a person who's at a site. Met you in RL at Nimbus, most likely as I was running around doing something for someone. *shrugs* Although definitely when I was taking pictures at the Birthday party.

I saw your name first as mistress of doom FA in July of 2002. It was the first fanfic website I went to (I never really liked FFN or any of the other Potter ones.) I read your fic shortly thereafter. I followed your journal but didn't friend you because I felt it rude to friend someone I didn't know. I said something snarky on Cass's journal during autumn of aught-two and the two of you both friended me that day. I was to meet you when last you were in Los Angeles, but the Beverly meet fell through and I couldn't attend the tea.

I associate you primarily with Potter-- specifically FA and HPEF-- but also with Disney and theatre and the law.

I think that the Lupin toy is ridiculous, and I hope it isn't modelled after the film design. I think that the Potter toy has been aged too much (to me, he looks like OOtP Harry might) and that some awfully odd things can be done with that open hand.

If I just put "the HP fandom at large", is that being too lazy? I associate you with about two-thirds of the watchful entities in the fandom for which I have any respect.

I read your name in a magazine that was doing a HP5 article that your letter got published in as Heidi, creator of Fiction Alley. Then I found your LJ through Cassie, I think.

Never met you, though I just went to Florida and wished I knew you to stop and say hi, and I associate you with Cassie Claire and Aja.

I first saw your name on HPFGU when I joined about 15 months ago. I associate your name with the story A Surfeit of Curses. I really don't know. I want to say when I joined FA was when I'd first heard your name, but I think it was probably before that. Can I just say that there has always been a "Heidi" in my life? Because I can't pinpoint when I first heard of you. I do remember that you friended my livejournal before I friended yours. Which made me O_O because FA's mummy friending me first seemed like a huge deal to me.

I first heard of you sometime during summer '02. I'd met ali_wildgoose at school and she sent me to FA to read fic. When I got an LJ in September '02 you were one of the first people I friended.

I met you at Nimbus when ursamajr, sternel, and I accosted you with DTUT and Gryffindor baby booties. I got recruited to placate the registration line with cookies and candy, too.

Re: the Lupin figure, I think we'll be seeing some slashtastic werewolf/Lupin icons when the toys finally hit the market. *facepalm*

And I think KenDoll!Harry is a helluva lot cooler in real life - or at least on video. ;)

We have never met in Real Life, on line either for that matter. I couldn't talk my husband into going to Nimbus 2003.

I think the Werewolf figurine is a travesty to all wereanimals on principle alone. I also think that the Harry figurine is way too mature looking for him at this stage in the books, but he is a hotty in wax, or plastic whatever.
