I admit to fangirling everything Sam 9aka copperbadge) writes, and this exceptional exploration of how Remus recovers from complete devestation is no exception. It's tissue-requiring, but there are seeds of hope amid the horror and sadness.

Even if you don't normally read Sirius/Remus, give it a chance. You'll be satisfied that you did.
