well, that was amazing!
Sep. 22nd, 2003 08:45 pmWe now own a lovely signed Good Omens *and* American Gods, as well as The Wake, the new endless and our collected Books of Magic (tim/yo-yo 4 evah!) plus copies of Wolves for both of our boys - signed + amazing wolf sketches.
And while he did take off the leather jacket (it is florida, after all) he still looked v cool.
And hopefully, he meant what he said about what I brought him - we have a few left over Nimbus shirts, and I brought him one. Well, it is black. He complimented the design and said he'd wear it home.
Unfortunately, I didn't get to show him
epicyclical's *neil gaiman time travel booty call* lj post as my sidekick battery died about 45 seconds before I got to the signing table.
The rest of it was amazing!
